Summary

The general objective of this summer school is to give the ESRs career know-how and skills promoting academic and/or industrial careers. Specifically, it will address topics in technology development, intellectual property, licensing, and commercialization in biotech, plus topics like EU funding opportunities and grant writing. The school will consist of a series of lectures plus a series of hands-on activities with practical teamwork exercises. There will be also an off-site course assignment. Completion of all activities will warrant 5 ECTS for the students.
